Gary L. Hamilton

Mr. Gary Hamilton is a Managing Director at Security Research Associates, Inc. since May 2005.
Prior to joining SRA, he was with the investment firm MS Howells, Inc. His investment career began in venture capital, where he served as President/COO for select investments/acquisitions of Crossway Ventures, LLC.
As president of Crossway Gary took an active roll with Crossway's portfolio companies, as long as needed to guide them to increased profitability in the capital/liquidity event.
He has wealth of direct global experience in the Semiconductor Industry, interfacing with both capital equipment and semiconductor microprocessor manufacturers.
Over his career, he has facilitated major business alliances with Motorola, Chrysler, Pennzoil, Sumitomo and Honeywell.
Also, he was founder of InterCool Energy Corporation, a division of Intermagnetics General Corporation.
Mr. Hamilton served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Ben Franklin Technology Center, State of Pennsylvania, Crossway Ventures LLC, Philadelphia PA, and Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown PA.
Mr. Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fairfield University BEI School of Engineering.
