Bailard, Inc. is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Foster City, California. The firm (formerly Bailard, Biehl and Kaiser prior to its re-naming in 2005) was founded in 1969 by three graduates of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of BB&K Holdings, Inc. Bailard provides investment advisory and financial planning services and offers single asset strategies to investors on a standalone basis. The firm manages separate accounts for institutional clients and provides advisory and sub-advisory services to pooled investment vehicles.

CBRE Investment Management Listed Real Assets LLC (CBRE IMLRA) is an investment advisor headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania. They are a subsidiary of CBRE Investment Management Listed Real Assets Holdings LLC and their ultimate parent is CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBG), a global commercial real estate services firm. Formerly known as CBRE Clarion Securities LLC, the firm was founded and formed in 2011 through CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc.'s acquisition of ING Clarion Real Estate Securities (CRES) from Netherlands-based ING Group NV. CB Richard Ellis Group acquired substantially all of ING's real estate investment management operations in Europe and Asia. CBRE IMLRA manages portfolios of real asset securities, such as listed real estate, listed infrastructure, and midstream energy for institutional clients.
