Gandhinagar Railway & Urban Development Corp. Ltd was founded in 2017 as a joint venture between the Government of Gujarat and Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation (IRSDC). The joint venture company aims to redevelop the Gandhinagar railway station, develop a hotel above the station, and manage the Mahatma Mandir convention center. The company is based in Gandhinagar, India. The convention hall has a seating capacity of 6,000 seats with VIP viewing galleries, and there are four seminar rooms with a seating capacity of up to 1,000 persons.

Gujarat Rail Infrastructure Development Corp. Ltd., also known as G-Ride, is a joint venture between the Indian government and the state government of Gujarat. The joint venture company aims to develop rail infrastructure in the state, with a focus on improving connectivity and correcting missing links. G-Ride is based in Gandhinagar, India. Some of the important projects undertaken by the Indian company include the Katosan-Chanasma-Ranuj gauge conversion, Bedi Port last mile connectivity, Bhimnath-Dholera new rail line, and Gati Shakti multi-model cargo terminal at Rafaleshwar.
