It provides mezzanine financing in the form of silent partnership for growth capital, succession arrangements for family companies and buyout transactions in a volume of between EUR 1.5 million and EUR 15 million. The fund acquires both minority and majority stakes and includes syndication with other financial investors in coordination with co-shareholders and management if required.
