James Michael Sanna has been Vice President of Networks for TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. since 2006.

From July 1997 to January 1998, Mr. Sanna served as the Wafer Fabrication Operations Manager for Raytheon.
Prior to that, he was employed for 17 years by Texas Instruments, most recently as the Wafer Fabrication Operations Manager for its GaAs Operations Group from January 1994 to July 1997.
Mr. Sanna received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and Southern Methodist University, respectively, and an MA in Administrative Studies from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
