James V. Sadrianna

Mr. Sadrianna is a certified public accountant in New York and Florida and is admitted to the New York Bar.
He has served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of public and private companies in numerous industries, including financial, entertainment and sporting ventures.
Most recently, Mr. Sadrianna was the Chief Financial Officer with Cali Holdings where he was instrumental in developing and managing two 1940 Act investment companies.
Additionally, he was responsible for the organization’s reporting to the SEC as well as other governmental agencies.
Mr. Sadrianna also served as President of James V.
Sadrianna, PA, where he was responsible for the liquidating, reorganizing and roll up of several companies in the telecommunications, printing and restaurant industries.
Additionally, he performed business evaluations and due diligence as well as structured a $51.5 million private placement with institutional investors and a multi-billion dollar insurance company.
As the Chief Financial Officer for Team Classic Golf Services, Inc., Mr. Sadrianna implemented and maintained the organization’s financial and legal systems as well as developed accounting and operating policies and procedures.
He has also held the Chief Financial Officer position at Sports Marketing Group where he directed the organization’s financial operations and automated the company’s reporting systems.
Additionally, he has held positions with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP and the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Sadrianna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Sadrianna holds three degrees from Pace University including a Juris Doctor from the School of Law, an MBA in accounting, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting.
