Mr. Jean-Marie Leroy has acquired extensive experience in the small-cap segment since 1993, first as an auditor with Ernst & Young, then as a senior banker with Paribas and as Director at M&A boutique Dôme Close Brothers, where his responsibilities included acquisition and sale mandates for corporate clients and investment funds.
Before joining LBO France in 2003, he played a key role in the financial and operational restructuring of Georges Rech.
