Jim Millen

Mr. Millen is currently a Senior Advisor and Board Member of Heartland Food Corp.
Over the course of his 28-year career, Mr. Millen has built and/or renovated over 150 restaurant facilities.
Most recently, Mr. Millen was responsible for overseeing the multi-party negotiations among Heartland Food Corp., Burger King and approximately 20 landlords in connection with Heartland Food Corp.’s acquisition of restaurants from AmeriKing Inc. Mr. Millen also executed Heartland Food Corp.’s “Project Curb Appeal,” a massive infrastructure improvement initiative that overhauled Heartland’s entire 127 store portfolio in the Greater Chicago Market over a four-month period.
