Taxable Low Duration team and is the former head of the Cash Management team and the Money Market Policy Committee.
He is a vice president of T.
Rowe Price Group, Inc., T.

Rowe Price Trust Company.
His investment experience began in 1994, and he has been with T.
Rowe Price since 1990, beginning as a money market trader on the municipal desk in Global Trading.
After that, he became a portfolio manager for the municipal money market strategies in the Fixed Income Division, then broadened his responsibilities to include the taxable money market strategies.
Prior to this, he was employed in the technology area as a data base administrator.
He earned a B.S.
and an M.S.F.
from Loyola University Maryland.
He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
