Joel Iglehart

Joel Iglehart joined Third Century in January 2014.
As a Managing Director, he is actively involved in all aspects of the investment process.
Prior to joining Third Century, Mr. Iglehart provided strategic and operational guidance for a number of global enterprises on behalf of McKinsey & Co., a management consultancy.
While at McKinsey, he specialized in the design and implementation of sales and distribution channel initiatives for client companies.
Mr. Iglehart's advisory work included the reorganization of a global consumer goods company, the turnaround of a medical device manufacturer, and a new market strategy for a major agricultural equipment manufacturer.
Mr. Iglehart began his career in Washington, D.C.
as a Legislative Aide in the U.S.
Senate.
As a Senate Advisor, he was responsible for recommending action on agricultural-related legislation.
This involved developing and maintaining an industry-wide network of advocacy groups, businesses, and individual owner-operators.
Mr. Iglehart is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, where he attended Memphis University School.
He holds a BA with Distinction from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
