Lettko has been a Director of ProxyMed, Inc. since July 2005, Chief Executive Officer since joining the company in May 2005 and President since October 2005.
Mr. Lettko has 25 years of experience in the financial and technology services industries.
Prior to joining ProxyMed, he was Chief Executive Officer of Viewpointe Archive Services from February 2001 to February 2005 and Chairman from January 2002 to February 2005.
Prior to Viewpointe Archive Services, Mr. Lettko was President of Xpede, Inc. from October 1999 to February 2001.
Prior to Xpede, he held various positions at Electronic Data Systems for 10 years.
Prior to joining Electronic Data Systems, Mr. Lettko held various positions at The Progressive Companies and Fleet National Bank.
He received an MBA degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany and a BS from Union College.
