He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the Chicago Quantitative Alliance.
Mr. Cone received a M.S.
in Management from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University where he was honored as a Krannert Associates Fellow.
He earned a B.A.
degree in Economics from Rice University.
Mr. Cone received his CFA charter in 1985.
He is one of the five founding members of Franklin Portfolio Associates.
