BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Netherlands NV (BNPP AM Netherlands) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management France SAS, itself a subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA (EPA: BNP, ADR: BNPQY) in France. The firm was founded in 2010 when Fortis Investments merged with BNP Paribas Investment Partners Group. Headquartered in Amsterdam, BNPP AM Netherlands offers a wide range of high-quality, multi-asset custom investment solutions to individuals, companies and institutional investors.

Fortis Investment Management (Netherlands) NV (FIM-N) is the Dutch branch and a subsidiary of Fortis Investment Management SA (Belgium) which is a subsidiary of Fortis Bank SA/NV, in turn majority-owned by the French group BNP Paribas (XP: BNP). The Belgian headquarters and their subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and the US are known under the commercial name Fortis Investments. Fortis Investments manages a broad range of investment products across all major asset classes and markets.The group is organized as a worldwide network of competence centers, each specialized in an asset class or geographical region. Their flagship product is the Fortis L Fund, a Luxembourg-domiciled umbrella fund comprising a wide variety of sub-funds, for the most part sectorial. FIM-N manages a range of global, regional and domestic investment strategies. The firm specializes in asset allocation and balanced funds, in multi-management and in real estate investments. They manage a range of funds quoted on the Dutch stock exchange, and distributed domestically through the Fortis group as well as through third-parties. They also manage discretionary accounts. The firm's clients are institutions and high-net worth individuals, as well as wholesalers and retail investors.
