Jörg Sellmann

Jörg Sellmann joined EQT Partners in December 2006 Prior to EQT, Mr Sellmann was global Head of M&A at RAG and Degussa AG where he formed and expanded Degussa's M&A group in Düsseldorf, New York and Shanghai.
Mr. Sellmann was also the Head of M&A of the predecessor companies Degussa-Hüls AG from 1999 to 2000 and Hüls AG from 1998 to 1999.
Previously he spent 5 years in Investmentbanking at West Merchant Bank London and Düsseldorf with a focus on Cross Border M&A.
Jörg Sellmann holds a Diploma in Business Administration (Diplom Kaufmann) from Münster University and is certified banking apprentice.
