The State Board of Administration of Florida Retirement System (SBA) is a state constitionally created investment management organization headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida. The firm was founded in 1943 by the Florida Constitution to administer the Florida Retirement System (FRS) Pension Plan and other statewide retirement systems.
