Cadiscor Resources, Inc. was incorporated on March 6, 2006 under the Canada Business Corporations Act. Shares of the Company have traded on the TSX Venture Exchange since August 21, 2006. The Company is primarily engaged in the exploration of mining properties with a view to commercial production. It currently owns or holds interests in various mining properties in Quebec, but does not have any mines in production. On March 31, 2009, the Company closed a $7,500,000 financing which enable her to restart the production at the Sleeping Giant Mine. Recovery of the cost of mining assets is subject to the discovery and mining of economically recoverable reserves, the Company’s ability to obtain the financing required to pursue exploration and development of its properties, and profitable future production or the proceeds from the sale of its properties.
