Manuel R.
Freitas has been Vice President of Operations and Customer Support for Packeteer, Inc. since May 2000.
From November 1999 to February 2000, he was Vice President of Customer Operations for Vividence Corp.
From February 1990 to March 1999, Mr. Freitas held various positions at Adobe Systems, Inc., including Vice President of Worldwide Customer Operations from October 1995 to March 1999, Interim Vice President of Sales and Support for the Americas from April 1998 to November 1998 and Director of OEM and Developer Support from February 1990 to September 1995.
Prior to joining Adobe Systems, Mr. Freitas held various product management, field operations management and sales management positions at Schlumberger Technologies from 1980 to 1989.
He received a BA degree in Business Administration from William Patterson College.
