Ms. Maria Almaça is an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Axia Ventures Group Ltd.
Prior to AXIA, she worked as a member of the Institutional Sales Team of Banco BiG for three years, between 2012 and 2015, after holding the position of Equity Analyst within the Research Department of the bank from 2010 to 2011.
Between these two positions at Banco BiG, she worked briefly at Deutsche Bank España on an ALM project.
Ms. Almaca graduated from the NOVA School of Business and Economics with an MSc in Finance and from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS) with an MSc in International Management.
She also obtained her Undergraduate degree in Economics from NOVA School of Business and Economics.
In 2014, she became an accredited CFA charterholder.
