Marilyn Sorbello

Ms. Marilyn Sorbello joined inQbator in 2005, with responsibility for the management of portfolio services.
Her role includes the administration of the investment process, from deal flow through evaluation to investment documentation; providing support to portfolio companies; and participating in a regular review of the investment portfolio.
She assists inQbator and the iQ Fund 1 portfolio companies with governance and compliance with the Corporations Act and ASIC requirements, as well as R&D tax concession claims and implementation of employee share plans.
She has taken on a similar role in iQ Capital Management since its establishment in 2007.
Her qualifications include MBA with Distinction from Griffith University (2003).
She will complete a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with the Chartered Secretaries Australia in 2008.
