Marne McCluskey

McCluskey has been the employee resources director at Horizon Air since June 1997.
She is responsible for the employee resources teams in Seattle and Portland and oversees recruiting and staffing, learning and development, performance management, employee compensation, employee relations, and employee records and systems.

Prior to joining Horizon, McCluskey held leadership positions in human resources at Alaska Airlines and Starbucks Coffee Company.
She began her airline career as a flight attendant for Pan American World Airways.
McCluskey holds a master's degree in applied behavioral science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle and a bachelor's degree in sociology from San Francisco State University.
Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), she is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network (PNODN).
