Matt Lewis

Prior to joining Challenger Capital, Mr. Lewis served as vice president and relationship manager for Wachovia's corporate banking team in the Dallas office.
During his tenure at Wachovia, he was responsible for managing commercial banking client relationships with companies having revenues between $50 million to over $2 billion.
His experience includes marketing Wachovia's complete corporate product offering, including loan syndications, private placements, public debt, securitizations, derivatives, leasing and treasury services to clients, as well as identified prospects.
Prior to working at Wachovia, he worked at JPMorgan as an associate of Mid-Corporate Investment Banking.
While there, he supported client coverage of diversified companies with revenues of $200 million to over $2 billion, marketing strategic advisory, private equity and leveraged finance.
Industries covered included distribution, retail, healthcare, diversified manufacturers and food processors.
He holds a master's degree in finance and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.
