Maureen Constantine

Ms. Constantine joined GKN in 1970 on its Graduate Development Programme.
She was appointed HR Director for GKN Driveline, UK Operations in 1995.
She became a member of the senior executive team of GKN Driveline in 1998 and was appointed global Human Resources Director for the Driveline Division.
She joined the GKN Executive Committee in 2004 on appointment as Group Humzan Resources Director with responsibility for the development of the GKN global HR strategy.
She is a Director on the Boards of the Automotive Academy and Skills4Auto and a member of the Employment Advisory Committee of the CBI.
She has an Honours degree in Social Sciences from Liverpool University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
