East Capital PCV Management AB (EC) is the Sweden-based private equity subsidiary of East Capital Asset Management AB, ultimately owned by Cadre Invest SA in Luxembourg. Located in Stockholm, the firm was established in 2000 when East Capital and Swedfund, a Swedish-owned venture capital firm, launched a private equity management firm to manage the East Capital Amber Fund. Since 2003, EC is a wholly-owned entity of East Capital. They also manage the East Capital Explorer Financial Institutions Fund. Both funds are domiciled in Sweden.

ECAM AB (ECAM) is the Swedish asset management subsidiary of East Capital Holding AB, ultimately held by Cadre Invest SA in Luxembourg. Established in 1997, the firm is headquartered in Stockholm with offices in Oslo, Paris, Kiev, Moscow, Tallinn, Shanghai and Hong Kong. They are a specialist investment manager which offers a range of funds focused on Eastern Europe markets for companies, institutions and private investors globally, They manage balanced and equity funds, private equity funds and hedge funds through an offshore subsidiary and manage a real estate fund through a joint venture.
