Michael Ritchie

Michael Ritchie, Treasurer of Valley Forge, has been employed by us since 1994.
In addition to being the Treasurer of the Company, Mr. Ritchie is Vice-President-General Manager responsible for financial reporting and contract administration.
Mr. Ritchie has also held positions of General Manager and Purchasing Manager.
He received a B.S.
degree in accounting from LaSalle University and a B.S.
degree in engineering from Drexel University.
