Mr. Tower is a Vice President and Partner in the strategy practice of A.T.

Mr. Tower served as Senior Vice President, Strategy for Sears through 2002.
Additionally, he had P&L responsibility for the Store Licensed Business and Installed Home Improvement divisions totaling over $1.5 billion in revenues and was responsible for launching a company-wide six-sigma initiative.
Previously, Mr. Tower held a variety of line and staff positions with Sears since 1997.
Prior to joining Sears, he was a partner with A.T.
Kearney and began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co.
