Neil Mercier

Neil is currently Director, Project Management & Construction with OMERS Infrastructure in Toronto.
He has been with OMERS since April 2016, and is responsible for providing oversight of all aspects of the major capital projects program planned for the Bruce Power site.
In addition, Neil supports transaction teams at OMERS in performing due diligence and identifying key risks and risk management strategies associated with opportunities in the greenfield infrastructure sector worldwide.
Prior to OMERS, Neil held senior roles at Argex Titanium, SNC-Lavalin, Suncor Energy Services Inc. and Stone & Webster Canada Limited/Shaw Energy Canada Limited.
Neil has more than 38 years of project management experience executing capital investment projects.
These projects were located in Canada and internationally, covering various industries such as the petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, mining, infrastructure and heavy industrial sectors.
