was appointed our chief executive officer and director effective March 1, 2001 and was appointed chairman of our board of directors effective January 13, 2002.
On April 1, 2004, He relinquished his role as chief executive officer.
From 2000 to February 2001, He also served as chief executive officer of eMag Solutions, LLC, a worldwide data storage solutions and services company and as chairman of eMag since 1999.
From 1995 to 1997, He served as chairman and chief executive officer of Anacomp, Inc., an imaging solutions and services company.
From 1997 to 1998, He was chairman emeritus of Anacomp.
Since 1997, Mr. Lowrey has been the managing partner of Buckhead Angels, an e-commerce venture capital group.
