Samson is Senior Vice President at Union Securities Ltd.
Prior to joining Union Securities on August 29, 2011, Mr. Samson joined Toll Cross in 2008 as Vice President of Institutional Equity.
He has extensive experience in the securities industry, both in Europe, with Brussels Lambert Bank, and in Canada, with several independent dealers, in an institutional sales capacity.
He also has considerable Investment Banking experience having worked in the M&A department of Burns Fry and in Corporate Finance at Research Capital Corporation.
He served as a Vice President at Fraser Mackenzie until March 2008 and as Non-Executive Director at Target Resources PLC from July 2008 to May 2009.
Mr. Samson received a BBA from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales, Montreal in 1989, has a Certificate in Economics from the University of Montreal and is a graduate of London Business School, England.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
