Mr. Nielsen joined Hudson Securities, Inc. in March 2009.
Prior to that, he spent twenty six years at Swiss American Securities, Inc., a subsidiary of Credit Suisse Bank.
He served as Swiss American's CFO from 2000 to 2008, responsible for all of the firm's financial and regulatory reporting.
He was also a member of Swiss American's management committee and played a critical role in establishing the firm's first credit and risk management committees.
Earlier at Swiss American, he was involved in many key finance-related functions and was central to setting up the firm's financial modeling and data analysis infrastructure.
Mr. Nielsen received a B.S.
in Accounting from St. John's University.
