In 2007, she joined Dragon Capital as Financial Controller and was promoted to CFO in 2016.
She started her career as an auditor in the Tax Department of Ho Chi Minh City.
After that, she spent 12 years working with British American Tobacco in various positions, including financial accounting manager, management accounting manager, and marketing finance manager.
Her last position with BAT was as Head of Strategic Planning.
She received a BA in Finance from the University of Finance and Accounting in Ho Chi Minh City in 1993.
She became a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants in 2010 and a Certified Public Accountant in Australia in 2012.
