Eros International Plc is a holding company, which provides integrated media and entertainment services. It engages in co-produce, acquire and distribute Indian language films in multiple formats worldwide including: theatrical, television syndication, and digital platforms. The company was founded by Vijay Mohandas Ahuja and Arjan G. Lulla in 1977 and is headquartered in Secaucus, the United Kingdom.

The Group's principal activities are to provide feature films, television, entertainment and other related services in India. The Group operates in three segments. Film Facilities processes raw exposed films, colour correction, editing, digital processing, equipment rental, copying and printing of positive exhibitions prints and trading in raw film rolls. Theatre exhibition operates single screen, multiplex/Imax cinema exhibition and also provides services offered at cinema centers including catering food and beverages. Film Production and Distribution segment provides production and co-production of films and acquisition of movie rights for overseas and Indian distribution.
