It was founded in 2007 and is a subsidiary of Capital Four Holding AS, ultimately held by Waypoint Capital Holdings (Jersey) Ltd. in Great Britain. The firm manages credit strategies across high yield bonds, leveraged loans, multi-asset credit, structured credit and private debt predominantly on behalf of institutional investors. Capital Four is committed to support The Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption and is a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
