Ronald M. Saslow

Ron Saslow is the Founder and Managing Partner of Thirty-5 Capital.
He is responsible for all aspects of the firm and its subsidiaries.
Ron utilizes the experience gained during his 30 years ownership and leadership to guide companies through the challenges of growth; specifically, the disciplines of strategic planning, sales & marketing and new business development.
Prior to founding Thirty-5 Capital, Ron was the Chairman and CEO of Hu-Friedy Group, a global healthcare manufacturing company specializing in dental and infection control products.
In 2019, Ron sold the company to Cantel Medical.
Ron is also a Limited Partner of the parent company of the Chicago Cubs Major League Baseball Team and serves on their Advisory Board.
Additionally, he is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Northwestern Memorial Foundation and the Board of Trustees for Ravinia Music Festival.
Previously, Ron served as a paid advisor to Shure Microphones and Magid Glove and Safety.
Ron also served on the Museum of Science and Industry Board of Trustees as well on the Executive Board of YPO Chicago.
Through his family’s foundation, he is also passionately involved with many different philanthropic initiatives.
Ron graduated from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and has returned to the school to lecture on numerous family business topics.
