Roy Scruggs

Mr. Scruggs joined GRP in 1999 from Managed Provider Networks, where he oversaw marketing communications and business development for start-up companies in the health care industry.
Previously, Mr. Scruggs was active in media and broadcast journalism, most recently editing publications for the City of New York.
Prior to that, he lived in Beijing, China where he worked at ABC News and the United Nations and later served as a volunteer counselor for the International School Yangon, Myanmar.
Mr. Scruggs earned an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and received a BA from the City University of New York.
