Ryan Williams

Mr. Ryan Williams, CFA, is a Principal at Cornerstone Holdings LLC.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Holdings, Mr. Williams was a Senior Consultant in the Corporate Finance group at FTI Consulting, where he served as an adviser to secured and unsecured lenders during the corporate restructuring process, both prior to and during Chapter 11 activities.
He has worked across industries including telecommunications, transportation, mining and manufacturing.
Prior to FTI Consulting, he worked in Finance at Qwest Communication, where he was responsible for the financial analysis of corporate procurement activities for both network and operations.
He has several years of experience in both corporate finance and financial consulting.
Mr. Williams has a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an MS in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.
He is a CFA and a member of the CFA Society of Colorado.
