Seiichi Toyoguchi

Seiichi Toyoguchi is currently the President of Toyoguchi Horitsu Jimusho since 1973.
He previously held positions such as Chairman-Expropriation Committee at the Prefecture of Akita, Chairman at the Akita Bar Association, Vice Chairman at the Tohoku Federation of Bar Associations, Independent Outside Director at The Akita Bank Ltd., Director at the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, and Mediation Committee-Akita Family & Summary Court at the Supreme Court of Japan.
