Simon is the Fund Manager for Europa’s value-add funds III, IV and V.
Prior to this role, Simon held the role of Head of Asset Management at Europa, having oversight of all asset management initiatives of the value-add funds.
Before joining Europa, Simon was Head of Management, Valuation and Consultancy at King Sturge in Prague and held various roles at King Sturge, Bristol City Council and Humberts.
Simon is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and received a BSc in Land Management from De Montfort University.
