Thomas B. Rosenberg

Mr. Rosenberg is Co-Chairman of Capri Capital Advisors and serves on the Investment Committee.
He is the co-founding partner of Capital Associates Group, one of the parent organizations of Capri Capital Advisors.
Mr. Rosenberg has over twenty-five years of real estate experience and has had primary responsibility for the conception and development of over 50 apartment projects nationwide.Prior to forming Capital Associates in 1977, Mr. Rosenberg was engaged in the private practice of law.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California - Berkley.
