He has served as Chairman/CEO of Collins & Aikman Corporation, CEO of Tenneco Automotive and Executive Vice President for Global Operations at Case Corporation.
Following his executive level positions and operational roles, he has spent many years as a Managing Director with Glass & Associates and the Huron Consulting Group, where he focused on their respective Restructuring & Turnaround practices.
Mr. Evans holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University, a masters degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan, and a masters of business administration degree from the Advanced Management Program at Michigan State University.
