Timothy William Reilly

Mr. Timothy W.
Reilly is a President at Hilton Capital Management LLC.
He joined Hilton Capital Management in 2017.
In addition to his work on the Investment Committee, Mr. Reilly is focusing on a range of strategic business development initiatives and expand the firm's risk management capabilities.
Prior to joining Hilton Capital, he was a Managing Director at Bank of America, where he oversaw their Global Convertible Sales and Trading business.
He was responsible for risk management, trading and distribution of the convertible product.
Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Reilly also worked at Goldman Sachs, where he managed the U.S.
Convertible Trading business.
He received his B.S.
degree in Economics from Harvard University.
