Mr. Narter is co-portfolio manager for Wanger International Small Cap, as well as Wanger Foreign Forty and Liberty Acorn Foreign Forty.
He joined WAM in 1997 as an analyst, covers global technology and engineering industries in Canada, Japan and Korea.
Before joining WAM, Mr. Narter spent seven years working in Japan in the electronics industry, mainly for Teradyne.
In 1989, he was awarded an American Electronics Association Research Fellowship to work in the research laboratories of Yokogawa Electric in Tokyo, Japan.
A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Mr. Narter's degrees include a MS from Stanford University and a BS from the University of Texas.
