Alternative Energy Sources, Inc (Alternative Energy) is a development stage company that focuses on providing consulting services and selling wind energy power systems to the residential, agricultural and small business sectors throughout Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon. The Company redirected its focus towards identifying and pursuing the development of a new business plan and direction for the Company. On June 19, 2006, the Company, Beemer Acquisition Corp. a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and Beemer Energy, Inc. entered into an agreement and plan of merger and reorganization, whereby Acquisition Sub. merged with and into Beemer, with Beemer remaining as the surviving corporation.
