Mr. Wade Pollard is a Fund Manager at Cazenove Capital Management Ltd.
He joined Cazenove in 2002 from HSBC Asset Management (Europe) Ltd., where he was responsible for formulating policy across their range of UK equity portfolios.
Mr. Pollard began his career in 1977 with Lazard Brothers and Co. Ltd.
Initially involved with trade finance, he transferred to the banking division in 1980 to train as a Credit Analyst.
As his career developed, he was appointed Head of Credit Risk Research Desk and spent two years with their private client area before joining the UK equity desk where he was responsible for managing and constructing portfolios for institutional and charity clients as well as unit trusts.
In 1992, he was appointed Manager of Lazard's UK Income and Growth fund.
Mr. Pollard studied accountancy at the City of London Polytechnic (now Guildhall University) and is a Member of the Securities Institute.
