Yin-Wu Chen is President and Chief Operating Officer of Vialta, Inc. He joined Vialta in 2001 as Vice President of Engineering.
Prior to joining Vialta, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of PROTON Communications.
Before founding PROTON, he was an Executive Vice President of PROTON Electronic Industrial.
Previously, he worked with AT&T Bell Laboratories.
Dr. Chen received a BSEE degree National Taiwan University, an MSEE degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
