Yuri Kachuro

Mr. Yuri Kachuro is a partner of United Capital Partners Advisory and is responsible for all legal matters of the company including legal structuring of private equity transactions and project management.
Prior to joining UCP, he had worked with Deutsche Bank and UFG for many years on various transactions in the capacity of external legal advisor working with top international law firms.
From 2006 to 2010, he was a counsel (2006) and a partner (2007—2010) with Clifford Chance in Moscow focusing on M&A, JV and private equity transactions.
From 2004 to 2006 he practiced with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Moscow focusing on complex M&A and JV deals as well as on equity capital markets transactions.
From 1998 to 2004 he was an associate with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York advising on a broad range of corporate, capital markets and project finance transactions.
He began his career in 1995 as an Analyst with Fidelity Investments in New York.
Mr. Kachuro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in New York and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York.
