Currently, Amanda Willett holds the position of Secretary, VP-Legal & Corporate Counsel at Denison Mines Corp. and Secretary at Uranium Participation Corp.

She is also Member of Law Society of British Columbia, Member of Ontario Bar Association and Member of British Columbia Bar Association.

In her past career she was Senior Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, Associate for Stikeman Elliott LLP and Secretary of Denison Mines, Inc.

Ms. Willett received an MBA from The Schulich School of Business and a graduate degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
