He previously was President & Chief Executive Officer at WSP Europe AB, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Tengbomgruppen AB and Managing Director-Nordics at WSP Global, Inc.

He received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Royal Institute of Technology.
