Prior to joining Innova Capital, Mr. Leszek Muzyczyszyn spent three years as a Director of Darby Private Equity (Franklin Templeton Group) where he was responsible for the Polish office of the firm and for mezzanine financings and private equity investments across multiple countries in Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Darby, he spent in total over eight years with Allianz Specialised Investments, where he was part of a team managing the Emerging Europe Fund.

He acted as non-executive director of ZPC Mieszko S.A. and Radio Plus. Between 1998 and 2001 he was with Dresdner Kleinwort Capital in London, working on investments in various sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare and retail. Between 1996 and 1998 he worked for Kleinwort Benson's joint-venture in Poland managing a mass privatization fund. Mr. Muzyczyszyn holds a Master's Degree (Distinction) in Law from the University of Warsaw and an MBA from Cass Business School in London. .
