Currently, Michael Ambrose holds the position of Chairman of Garra International Ltd., Chairman of Deep Creek Fruits GP Ltd., Chairman at Senior Move Managers Ltd., Director & Head-Aged Care at Rodgers & Co. Ltd. and Chairman for Manchester Unity Friendly Society. Michael Ambrose is also Member of The New Zealand Institute of Management, Member of The Institute of Directors and Member of New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and on the board of 51 other companies.

Mr. Ambrose received an undergraduate degree from the University of Canterbury.
