Creades publ AB è una società di investimento con sede in Svezia. La Società investe in piccole e medie imprese svedesi con l'obiettivo di creare valore attraverso lo sviluppo e la ristrutturazione. Al 22 febbraio 2012, il portafoglio della Società consisteva principalmente in azioni quotate (60%) e azioni non quotate (30%). Al 21 febbraio 2012, il portafoglio della Società comprendeva azioni di società quotate come Avanza Bank (29%), Concentric (8%), Haldex (7%), Bilia (6%), Lindab International (4%), eWork Scandinavia (3%), nonché di società non quotate come Carnegie (12%), Klarna (6%), GLOBAL Betterier (3%) e Acne Jeans (3%), tra le altre. Al 31 dicembre 2011, la Società era una filiale interamente controllata da Investment AB Oresund. Nel luglio 2013, il 30% del valore patrimoniale netto della Società è stato trasferito a Sedarec AB.
